Information we collect

Account and certificate name, email, optional phone, encrypted password hash, enrollment and course activity, quiz attempts, certificate records, technical logs, and Stripe transaction identifiers. Stripe processes payment-card data; this site does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

To authenticate users, deliver and time the course, confirm payment, issue and verify certificates, provide support, prevent abuse, satisfy recordkeeping needs, and improve reliability.

Public verification

Public certificate verification reveals only certificate status, certificate name, course title, completion date, certificate number, and provider. It does not expose contact, payment, quiz, or internal account data.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the platform or comply with law. Course-completion and certificate records are retained under the provider retention policy; other records are kept only as reasonably necessary.

Your choices

Contact us to request access or correction. An issued certificate name cannot be silently changed and may require an audited reissue.
